Living Room Rescue
Fixer-upper living room transformed as part of a full-home resale project. The hope had been sitting for awhile, so before the project could even be started there was alot of junk that needed to be cleaned out. We coordinated cleanout of junk, repair/replace drywall, painting, shutters, baseboards, flooring, and budget-friendly staging to create maximum impact before listing. The buyer was very pleased. There was an offer on the house within a week of it going on the market, and 2 back up offers.

The bedroom felt chaotic and uninviting. By editing what was on display, repositioning the furniture, and styling with what was already owned, the room became a calm retreat.
